Neat thing, I did an experiment and decided not to care about getting it perfect.
Nearly 97% of the time I drew with my left, on a giant 18"x24" sketchpad that was leftover from my life-drawing classes. I was going to draw a lose drawing of my characters, but then I saw these shapes and...this guy came out.
These are some stuff from my moleskin. A sketch of a photo of downtown Atlanta, some doodles for a short comic that I want to work on.
Here, I gave another go at drawing Ethelmay and Jason. And trying to be "loosey-goosy" with my right hand. Drawing more with your arm and elbow is quite tiring. I don't know when I'll be ready with working on Eruti again.
Due to my wrist injury, I still can't do anything too serious, but now I'm concerned of why I place such heavy emphasis on Eruti, but put all other projects aside. I'm struggling to let go of "perfection" and accept that not everything will be perfect and just do my best to present my own voice. Heck, I'm actually trying to find it as we speak.
Oh, this was last February. Saw the Surface Pro again and played with it. Meh, it's ok.
